Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, near the water and within walking distance of convenient transportation, but the service could use a renovation and the morning noise was a bit disruptive. The dining options were not as expected, lacking some essential items, yet the nice small restaurants in the area made up for it.
The hotel location was great, near the water and within walking distance of transport options. The rooms were a bit small for a family and lacked luggage space, not quite what we had reserved. The service varied from super friendly to rude at times. The breakfast had limited fresh options, and the dining experience wasn't impressive. Overall, a quiet and decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel's location is perfect, with walking distance to the station and tourist areas while still being quiet and among locals. The rooms, although not as shown on booking, were clean and a good size. The service from the front staff was very cooperative, although there were some issues with arguing about the room's accuracy. Dining had highs and lows, with good included options but poor Wi-Fi in the rooms. Overall, a good choice for a stay away from the crowded areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was cramped and lacked basic amenities like Wi-Fi; however, the location was fantastic for exploring Venice on foot and enjoying local eateries. The service was inconsistent, with a mix of unwelcoming behavior and accommodating gestures. The dining options left much to be desired, but the proximity to the water bus stop made getting around convenient.
The hotel is nicely located not too far from the train station and offers a good heating system in the rooms. It provides a quiet stay away from the crowded tourist spots in Venice. However, the service was lacking in helpfulness at times, and the dining options could have been more varied.
The hotel has a beautiful canal view, a fresh morning breeze when you open the window, and is conveniently located near a water taxi landing. The service was somewhat uninterested despite trying to rectify an error. The dining options were varied but had a demotivated staff attitude. The picturesque location was great for public transport access, though mosquitoes were a nuisance.
The hotel is situated directly at the Tre Archi water bus stop, making it convenient for exploring various locations in town. The room we stayed in was cozy but a bit small and cramped, set amidst an overgrown garden. The staff, particularly the manager, seemed a bit cold and unfriendly, and the Wi-Fi didn't work in our building, which was located separate from the main building 'palace'.
I loved the size of the room with the entresol for relaxation, but the noise from outside was quite bothersome, and there were spiderwebs all around. The room was clean but in need of better windows to block out outside noise. Unfortunately, the balcony was missing.
This hotel has a great location, being directly on the Tre Archi water bus stop which is very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms, however, gave a feeling of claustrophobia due to the noisy kitchen opposite. The service, especially towards non-Italians, was shocking.
